These beautiful lilies remind me of sweet summer days. Summer days when sulking and weeping over a dead kitten is most sought after by my bloodshot eyes. Days when sweetness is far down from sweetness, and a downfall might ironically occured. It may last for a month or so, but will eventually turn it's sweetest round April or May.

As I lead myself to my dream destination, I saw myself stopping for a while on the 27th avenue. A sweet little jellyfish emerging from the fog had slowly captivated me. Crying its heart out, I grasped the oppurtunity to cuddle its gelatinous umbrellalike body and play with its unfriendly trailing tentacles. Our small tête-à-tête serves as the beginning of our wonderful frienship. Not later on, it had turned completely enthralling causing me to be blinded by all its flaws.

So did you kiss the jellyfish? Did it become a Prince?
NO! Idiot. This is not a Fairytale.

Moving on, the sweet summer days had suddenly evolved into somewhat all year round for n years. And biking while singing melodies will forever be paddling on an unending countryside. Although we're not yet halfway the happy ending, I hope it will still be the "Happily Ever After" every children shouted in chorus during story-tellings.

Counting Days

Everyone has their special kind of love talk. Our's goes like this:

06/06/08, Past 3am:
Boy: Bukas na ang big night, sana magkapera ako. :}
Girl: Big night? Hello?! Friday pa kaya bukas, DOH?!
Boy: Duh?! Check ur time baby. Its already past 12..so, its Friday na. Duh?!
---
06/06/08, 12pm:

Girl: HUHU! T.T huhu, di na ko makakapanood ng NCAA this sem. huhu! Di ko na makikita si Pong! T.T
Boy: Tae mo! Sapakin kta dyan eh. Asawahin m c P0ng kung gusto mo!

Now, don't get me wrong here, m'kay? Zab is a very sweet guy. Napupuno lang talaga siya minsan sa'kin (note: no biggie here a'ryt?). LMAO.

Moving on.

Since school's fast approaching, I went to ATC this a while ago to have some unnecessary last minute shopping for, who else, but myself. xp Bought another pair of Havaianas at Rustan's cause AFF's pairs were all scrappy, yes you heard it right, SCRAPPY (I really don't like prints on my flip flops). And yes, I sooo love my new pair! Weee. :} Anyway, my brother and I munched our Jamaican Patties as we rode, more of commute, ourselves home through a passenger van. Ay wait, we stopped by at SM Molino pa pala, to buy his Cereal and my can of Cali, and guess what? The freakiest thing happened.

As we searched for the "right cereal" (there's such a thing, lol) in the Cereal's (I dunno the right term) section, I saw this guy who's particularly doing the same thing. He's probably at the age range of 18-20, taller than me of course, has a nice built, had a "suplado" atmosphere in him (this, i like), and casually dresses himself so well. I have to admit that he really looks very attractive on that dark pink shirt and khaki shorts, but of course, I didn't pay much attention to him. My mind shifted at once as we headed towards the counter to pay for our goods, but to my surprise, I saw him again. At this point of time, we shifted glance at the same time as we locked eyes for a split second not until I looked away because I'm too embarrassed to have an eye-to-eye contact with him. To be honest with you, he really looks familiar but I really don't know who he is so I texted Zab about it as we rode passenger cab home.

Traffic Jam, still texting my boyfriend as the phrase "Speak of the devil and the devil will come" sprung into me, guilt-stricken, as I saw him AGAIN for the 3rd time, on the highway. haha! What surprised me the most is when he climbed on the exact cab I was riding! hahahhahahaa! Can you imagine us inches away from each other? The odds man, the odds. I'm pretty sure that he's not one of Zab's friend though, but he sure do look familiar. I dunno, baka kamukha lang. Strange day! :}}

Smiling Crookedly

I'm sooo hooked into Stephanie Meyer's Twilight, and yes, to Edward Cullen precisely. Why the hell on earth did I discover such marvelous work of art only now? My heart's giddy and its been jumping since I grab hold of the book.

I've been spending most of my time bracing myself for facts and twilight updates on the internet nowadays. And I'm oh-so-excited upon knowing that Robert Pattinson, a.k.a Cedric Diggory in the Harry Potter film Goblet of Fire (my ultimate crush btw in the HP series), will be the one portraying the role of the ever-so-gorgeous Edward Cullen. Hahahaay! I hate the fact that I've discovered this just recently, but who cares anyway? I can't wait to see the film and I hope they'll give justice to it. I've been thinking that since Twilight's been a fad, no, a FEVER, it'll become the next Harry Potter and Stephanie Meyer's gonna be the next J.K. Rowling for sure. link here hoho! Please don't burst my bubble HP fans, peace out to ya'll. :P

Seriously, I've been on the edge of my seat for Twilight now. I even dreamt of some of the Edward-Bella scenes yesternight (haha) while I enjoyed the very thought of picturesque beauty in my sleep. Twilight is definitely la-la-love.

Anyway, here's a survey I've seen on friendster, and yes, for some strange reason, I thought of answering it just to compensate the boredom in me.

1) Single, Taken, Naked, or Flirt? - taken 2) Are you happy with that? -yes 3 ) Would you still kiss your ex? - He's feeling lucky ain't he? Of course not. 4 ) Have you ever had your heart broken? - yes 5 ) Do you believe that there are certain circumstances where cheating is ok? - no 6) Have you ever talked about marriage? - yes 7) Do you want children? - in the future, yeah 8) How Many? - 2 9) If someone liked you right now, would you want them to tell you? - yes and at the same time, no 10) Do you want someone you can't have? - no, uh, yes! celebrity crushes and oh, edward cullen. lol 11) Have you ever been in love? - oh yes, and i still am. 12) Do you believe in celebrating anniversaries? - yes 13) Do you believe that you can change for someone? -yes 14) Is it a good day? - i supposed 15) What would you say about your most recent ex? - NC 16) Does your ex still have feelings for you? - none anymore, i supposed 17) Do you believe in long distance relationships? - it depends 18) Do you believe in love at first sight? - why would I?

This is more boring than I thought.

It's a Nocturnal Way of Throwing Stones
Tuesday, May 27, 2008

2 more weeks to go and its hello hell for me. Arrgh! I must move now before procrastination strikes again. Seriously, I'm so pressured about a lot of things (eg. dorm, books, assignment, school) already. Since Dad's still in La Carlota, I'll be buying my "funda" book next week cause I don't have enough cash on hand which corresponds only to one thing, homework next week. Tsk, I'm sooo running out of time! Must move, must move, FAST!
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Anyway, I watched Howie Severino's I-Witness documentary entitled, "Ang Kwago ng Pahiyas (The Owl of the Pahiyas Festival)" yesterday and yes, I was moved. Lucbanins extravagance for rice saddens me so much because of the current "rice crisis" our mother land is facing. In addition to that, they celebrate Pahiyas in an overstated manner, that I don't even know if they are still doing it for a religion cause (the main reason by the way).
If it wasn't for the patron saints' parade, Howie stated, people/tourists won't even know the rationale behind celebrating Pahiyas.
What saddens me the most is when Pahiyas' home decorating champion, Roni "Pahiyas" Unlayao, grabbed hold of an owl (which comes with single week-old chick) for his Pahiyas gimmick to crush his contenders. The single week-old chick accidentally died because the attention seeked was long way overdue. In the end, a storm hit Lucban just in time for the final judgment, on which, causes all the kipings (the brightly colored rice wafer which takes time to be made) to just wilt and droop on the floor. Nature has its own way of punishing, eh?

Zab & I went at Wendy's today to celebrate our 25th month.
Happy 2 years & 1 month "Beshie".
I love you very much!

Kamae at 18
Friday, May 9, 2008

Sweat dripping all over my body as I type my thoughts away--Ahhhh the scorching heat! I like summer for the fact that I won't be wasting my time struggling with boredom on times that I don't feel like being inside a four-cornered room, dealing with numbers or something that doesn't dance along with my interests. But I really hate it when I got all sweaty and perspiry at the same time. I, for the fact, am loving tan lines so much, yet getting one is really not my thing (ironic wierdo). Anyway let me get started before randomness take its toll on me, again.

i. la fiesta en Paradiso (The party at Paradiso)

We celebrated Kamae's debut yesterday at Paradiso Terrestre. It was an overnight swimming party actually, but there is no doubt that we all had fun. I'm gonna start babbling about yesterday's happenings now before you hit the [x] button. Tee-hee. :} So yeah, when I woke up at around 10 o'clock in the morning, I read Mike's message regarding about the party yada yada. Ten & I went to Kamae's place at around 3pm to supposedly help her and her family prepare but upon arrival, she just told us to accompany her because she wanted to thank God for another year gone by. So off we went to the nearest church but to our surprise, a wedding is currently going on. lol. 411 people: I've never been to a wedding before, and I never expect my 1st time to be like this. LMAO. Good thing it's almost over when our brave souls made our way inside the church. So much for the experience, we went at our house afterwards for me to pack my things to get my bag and go.

We arrived at the venue around 5:30 or 6 pm and at this point of time, everyone in her family - including her, is already going ballistic because they're reservation starts at 5pm and they haven't even started with their fixing. Things got even worse when visitors' started backing out because teeny tiny drops of rain began pouring. Kamae is starting to feel frustrated already, and I can tell that she's really sad. I feel for her so deeply so I just helped her by texting our friends to come over cause its already getting late. In an instant, visitors started to arrive one by one by one until there's no more space for another one. haha! Just kidding.

So yeah, Kamae's party has turned into a big success after all. Went home around 2 in the morning and slept at around 3. When I woke up, my body is really swelling. Ouch! But I'm glad cause I've done something worthwhile. :} I really love being with my HS gang xp and I'm sooo looking forward to seeing them the next time around. Lei you're next, we're sooo on. ;]]

ii. los visitantes, yo quiero (The visitors, I love)

The visitors are composed mostly of our HS friends, a little bit of her DLSU-D friends, & lotsa familias. yeah! ;] HS friends include: me, Zab, Paulo, Athena, Juj, Glenn, Echan, Vice, Lei, Adrielle, Hezel, Angie, & Edray. Even though some of them have summer classes (and some, almost dying xp), we're really glad because everyone expected came. I'm not familiar with her college friends though, all I know is that they're all boys. lol But hey, I know some of them too like Oliver and Mike which happens to be Zab's HS friend too, small world huh? He got to chance to tag her girlfriend along, Dana which happens to be Zab's neighbor too. :}} haha. I also got the chance to mingle with her family days/weeks/years ago before her birthday, so yeah she really had a cool family. I've met a lot of new faces last night, but nonetheless, we all had fun!

iii. etcetera

Yesterday was special because its the first time that I went swimming with him. :} What makes it even more special is when the clock strikes 12 because we got the chance to be with each other on the first few minutes of our 29th month of being officially together. Randomness strikes! I just love Zab (boyfriend/beshie), Kamae (bestest), Athena (labs), Ten (my #1 fan) & Juj (besifafi). lol They're my bestfriends. aww. ;}} mushy much. Notice that I'm writing this as if I was the one who celebrated the debut. lols. It's my turn on the 24th don't worry, expect longer post/s. ;]

Happy Sappy
Friday, April 25, 2008

Today is such a happy day! So happy I could almost see rainbows aglow behind hills where a very VERY very petite girl, in pink, ought to rode her fairy-tairy bicycle with such glow in her eyes all because of the ugh, happiness she was feeling at that point of time. la la la~ (note: the girl ain't me, think picturesque) Seriously, what made me happy today?

So there, my today's favorite things. Time to go! *waves* ;]

i. love

It was Wednesday afternoon when my bro and I saw these cargo trailers near the intersection of Covina and Bellazona. I know that it was really loooovethe first time I saw it so I grabbed the chance to took this picture. Too bad I didn't brought the camera with me so I just used my trusty phone in shooting this wonderful art. I edit it afterwards to give it a nice vintage look. ;]

ii. much love

ayee, si bob nasa clouds.

Today is the day he'll be going home from the province. yay! He's probably on the plane right now. Its been a long long long long time since I last saw him. ;[ I'm so looking forward to seeing him again. Speaking about *ehem* the devil, no scratch that, I mean my boy, we'll be celebrating our 2nd anniversary on the 27th! weee! love.love.love.

The Yesterday Post
Monday, April 14, 2008

Morning Rants:
Woke up at around 3:50am today and I must say that I'm not used to waking up this early nowadays. I admit my alarm rings at this point of time before (HAH! beat that!) because I have to get early all the time for my 7:30 am class. ANYWAYS I had this very wierd dream about the game, Super Mario brothers, because the casts were not Mario & Luigi but were my block mates instead. ha ha. I noticed that my dreams this April varies from the strangest to the most untouchable ones and by that, I always ended up laughing every time I woke up.

...and it rained:
It rained today. Yup, it miraculously rained today and I was so relieved because of the super hot weather. I remember my boyfriend telling me that its been raining cats and dogs in their province last Sunday, how I envied him back then.

Hello, uh, stranger soldier?:
Lounging at the couch lazily as I watched Seinfeld, I reached for my phone because someone is calling. Knowing it was him (Zab), I answered it instantly without looking who the caller was. After exchanging a couple of hello's, I found out that it was not him so I hung up. I want to know who he is but I didn't made an effort to do so. He called again and I answered for the 2nd time. Our four minute conversation had led to a revelation that he is from Philippine Military Academy (PMA). He got my number from my friend, Basil, also from PMA. I then remembered Basil sending me a text intended for Chris ( the caller) which includes my number and some deets about me. Being a dork that he was, Basil apologize for sending my number. I told him its ok blah blah. So yeah if you're wondering if Chris and I were now texting, the answer is no. Yes he's nice and friendly but I'm not into entertaining "text mates, guy friends, special friends (name it)" while I'm currently into a relationship. So I guess that's it. ;]

note:
Read the title, events in this post happened yesterday. Upon writing this, Chris called. >.< *bobayifieldsforever, still.
